So I have been working with Rachel and Ellie through this very trying time. No matter the time of day or any little question I have had these women have been true God sents for me. They truly have been there for me and I have been absolutely great full for both of them. I could never have gotten what I have and where I am without either one of them. I can't begin to thank them enough!!!

My review is for Rachel Mitchell. My case was a strange one. I won and won on appeal and won all the way to the Minnesota Supreme Court. 5 years (yes 5 years!) of court and court costs. I just could not understand why this case wasn’t handled or dropped. The emotional strain was unmerciful. In comes Rachel to my aid and take my frantic and angry calls. Many times she talked me off the ledge. Rachel didn’t give me all the standard lawyer jargon. She spoke to me as an understanding friend. She let me into the human part of being in a lawyers support system. I felt her frustration as she listened and understood my concerns.

She is a truly caring human being in the realm of the sometimes uncaring legal system

(I seriously hate giving bad reviews. Check all my 5-stars. Just want to help someone avoid my heartbreak)
My case was handled poorly. I was given the impression that I had the facts on my side and was confident.
A hearing happened that I was not aware of until it was in progress. (I was supposed to know about this, but honestly was not aware) They frantically contacted me.
I checked in to the Zoom meeting long enough to see my adversary's attorney talking on mute. I am not a Zoom meeting regular.
Anyway, I was defeated on almost all counts. It defied logic.
Never heard a word from my attorney. My guess is he simply could not care less.
The decision was a crushing blow, and I spent the rest of the year figuring out how to pay.
They were nice enough to set a payment plan up.
Yes the staff are nice. The 2 stars are for them.
I got a calendar and candy, but lost legal rights that I clearly owned--I only needed competent representation to defend them. Not here.
