We worked with Patrick during the purchase of our home to address a slightly unusual situation that required us to have an attorney hold funds beyond close of escrow.

Patrick was great to work with - reasonable rates, very easy to talk to and very responsive. He took the time to understand our situation was was willing to work with us to come with a reasonable and creative solution. I complete concur with Emily K's comments regarding Patrick Zimski.
Additionally, I found him to be very judicious, practical ,honest and pro-active. He was always on time and present for scheduled meetings and or phone conversations. He was sensitive to my time as well. from a cost perspective. He has a great deal of seasoned resources locally, for areas that may not be addressed, in his day to day practice.
