For quite a while now I have been able to make my payments over the phone. Now, all of a sudden, when I call the number to make my payment, I get the automated phone system. In which it says, if you wanna make a payment press, the Asterix key. So I do that then I get hung up on. So I called back this time after listening to this ladies spiel I press number two to actually speak to a human body. And I get hung up on. How am I supposed to continue making my payments when I can’t do them online because it won’t accept anything and the automatic payment system hangs up on you and to simply speak with a live body you get hung up on. Anyone got any answers?
