I do not recommend this man. I am not sure whos side he was on but it certainly wasn't mine. He misinformed me one of the two cases my sister filed was Dismissed...then the morning of your first hearing he fails to tell judge you are waiting in a zoom wait room to attend, then because you were sidestepped from attending you do not see that the case was in fact NOT DISMISSED,nor does he mention that after the hearing, then fails to schedule mediation prior to an hour after it began, oh yeah, because you did not know the case WAS NOT DISMISSED, no OBJECTION WAS MADE, and guess what? You get REMOVED in the first five minutes of the first appearance you got to make. Of course now you fire him, and guess what? No attorney in town will touch your case unless you give them $10,000 up front because you are now a REMOVED TRUSTEE and have no access to trust money...Shall I continue? You are now Pro per(unrepresented)and No match for the Super lawyer you sister hired who now gets paid at the end of litigation out of the trust, unless you got super screwed like me and are SANCTIONED to pay ALL HER ATTORNY FEES...FIVE YEARS LATER and $160,000 you get ordered to pay her attorney fees and YOU end up loosing YOUR ENTIRE INHERITANCE to your crooked sister and guess what?? Mr. Pastor won't even talk to you. 'offer'

Nathan does not have the best people skills, but in all honesty, he did stick with us for over 5 years, even when it didn't benefit him the most, as we worked our way through a complicated and difficult situation.

There is a double standard going on and don't trust Nathan at all I have a situation where my niece were allowed to sue me, he told me the trust didn't hold up. Yet he won a case in the same year basically for the same thing. Only" was the key word barefoot v. Jennings. Only trustees or beneficiary can contest a trust. Run don't trust him.
