I can't believe I'm writing a good review for a lawyer!! Dave isn't what you think of when you think of an attorney - he's honest, compassionate, accessible and better than that, he knows his sh1t! We needed to split up an estate that was going NOWHERE with a couple of siblings that had been dragging this out for over a year. It would still be dragging on today if we hadn't engaged with Dave to get it sorted out. He skillfully negotiated the final agreement and managed to get everyone on the same page in just a couple of hours - and I have to say that his rate was fair, he didn't try to bleed us out of billable time, and actually advised us on what NOT to do so as to keep the costs down. What lawyer does that??? Dave does. If you need a Trust or Estate attorney just start with Dave and don't waste your time and money on someone who will just work you for billable hours. I highly recommend David Parnall as trust & estate attorney. As a co-defendant, one of my family members & I engaged David to represent us in a complex trust litigation case with another trustee. David is a consummate professional - always well-prepared, excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of trust & estate law. At every opportunity, he sought to explore & exhaust every negotiable pathway first to minimize legal expenses and even more costly time in court. In every meeting or communication with David, he fully listened to our concerns, explained the law, provided timely & comprehensive responses to our emails, guided us on how to respond to the plaintiff's filings, and ultimately achieved a creative and reasonable agreement that all parties signed. In closing, my advice to anyone hiring an attorney for a complex trust & estate litigation with other co-defendants (or co-plaintiffs), is unless you completely know your co-defendants' goals, objectives and agendas, you should think seriously about hiring your own attorney. (Again, I highly recommend David Parnall.) Sometimes it takes many months of stressful litigation to discover your co-defendants' real goals & objectives. Those goals & objectives may turn out to be much different than you what initially thought.

Dave Parnell oversaw the research, writing of orders, the management of filings and court dates for an extensive Family Trust Litigation that I was involved in as a co-defendant.
