				There customer service in regards to working with you is non-existence

They change their policy and give you no notice but their bills seem

to get to you but the supporting paperwork does not- really do not

know what they do for you as I am with them for years and when

I needed their help they were no where too be found. will be looking 

for agent next year who understands that business relationships are

a two way street and is more sensitive to a long time customer's

needs

				Do not use them. The main point of having a registered agent is so that you don't miss out on any crucial correspondence from the government regarding your business. They have been late on forwarding mail, have told us by email that they don't have any mail (when they should have mail as I was expecting a certain document), and when they do send us the forms that need to be filled out to stay compliant-- they've sent the wrong forms! You'd be better off doing the work yourself.
