From the beginning I was hesitant with handling my financial situation - Until I got into contact with Jisoo and Rocio. They have been absolutely helpful from Day 1 and I went into this with full confidence. Rocio and Jisoo have been extremely responsive and on-point with timelines. DONT BE FOOLED BY GOOGLE REVIEWS. Look on Yelp, Facebook, etc. I was asked to do a google review after the first consultation. Everyone says similar things in the reviews and its happening to ME too. ZERO communication, but i promise you the invoices of $2000+ will be steady coming to you. So expensive. My attorney seriously avoids me...she refuses to write an email so Im forced to communicate over an INCREDIBLY expensive phone call. Seriously, dont...

My husband made the WORST mistake of trusting this law firm, and it turned out to be one of the worst decisions we’ve ever made. From the very beginning, they were unprofessional, disorganized, and clearly more interested in draining his pockets than actually helping his case.

Let’s be real. This place operates like a money grab, not a law firm. They overcharge for EVERYTHING, nickel and diming you for basic communication, and somehow billing outrageous amounts for work that either wasn’t done or was done poorly. You ask for updates? That’ll cost you. You try to get clarity? Another charge. Meanwhile, your case barely moves forward.

The lack of respect is unbelievable. Calls go unanswered, emails ignored, and when they do respond, it’s rushed, dismissive, and full of excuses. It honestly feels like once they get your money, they stop caring completely.

If you’re thinking about hiring them DON’T! Save yourself the stress, frustration, and financial hit. There are plenty of firms out there that actually value their clients. This one doesn’t.
