I contacted Pare & Associates after filing a motion through the court to modify my custody agreement. I felt my previous lawyer was not properly advocating for me and based on positive reviews, I chose Pare & Associates and they recommended Michelle Lee as my attorney. Ms. Lee engaged with me in a few brief phone calls and emphasized that she wanted to accomplish what I had started while also being considerate of preserving as much of the retainer as possible. We participated in a short scheduling hearing with the court over Zoom and were able to settle seven months later without going through a two day trial in family court. Communication transpired mostly through email, and that was effective in accomplishing the updated custody and child support agreement. The supporting staff also maintains consistent communication and is very pleasant and professional. I am pleased with the outcome and would recommend this firm to anyone seeking counsel regarding divorce and custody concerns.

I shouldn't even give them one star, I spoke with an intake person who barely and I mean barely spoke English, had zero command of the English language, got down less than 1/3 of my potential case and did not even have a clue what that was. When I called back to speak to an attorney the person who answered pulled up my info and said one of the lawyers said I had no case, I find that interesting since they know almost nothing about what I am interested in doing. Don't use these people

I reached out to this firm to determine if I wanted to work with them regarding a matter...good thing my initial contact was so bad I was able to avoid any further engagement...whose to know what that would have been like. I'm not sure if they use a call or screen service to reach out to inquiries but the person seemed vague and asking questions to things I had already communicated in my initial outreach. They stated they were with the firm so I'll take it for what it is but the encounter had me steer clear...These layers and lack of clear understanding for what I had already communicated made me question how actual representation would be handled...
