I came to Pare & Assoc because my wife would not allow me over night access to my child.
In fact, she dictated what I could and could not have. When I pushed back, she tried
to get the courts to work against me by filing a protective order against me. I retained
Pare & Assoc to defend me. They were successful in getting the protective order denied,
but more importantly, they secured immediate 50% physical custody for me as we await trial.
This is huge, because now I may be able to settle this matter without trial. The mom no longer
has a decided advantage

For the amount I paid for my family case, I expected more involvement from the lawyer. Instead, there was less focus on my family case and more charges on my account. I would not recommend for any family cases. The lawyer himself did not seem very sure of himself at the end…Thank you for your response. The court evaluator report does not define my character as a parent and it is based on stories not facts which your attorney could have worked on more. Lastly, your response even further amplifies that your firm should not be used for personal matters because you expose your clients personal matters if they do not agree with your work and you cannot take constructive criticism.
