Where do I begin?! As a 'law abiding citizen' for all of my 40 years on earth, I never thought I'd be accused of a 2nd degree felony. Even more over, charged with 'Aggravated Battery with a Deadly Weapon'! As someone with a lot to LOSE, I knew I had to FIGHT! I just didn't know how.
I didn't know where to turn. I was confused, afraid of the future and every law firm I called SCARED me into thinking I really was 'GUILTY' of this charge! Some even mentioning '10-20-LIFE' rule! I was so aggravated, agitated and deflated, I chose the wrong attorney! I quickly got away from that law firm and was BLESSED to find Michael Panella.

He's even kind of a therapist in the way he always kept me calm and stabilized my mind when it was going crazy! Email after email, question after question and suggestion after suggestion I would send to him.
He would always say to me, 'I got you', and that he did!
After a year of fighting, a year of going to Seminole county courthouse monthly, and even when the prosecution wanted me to take a lesser charge, Mr. Panella stayed steadfast.
After a year at battle for me, I finally received the words I was looking for, 'Your case has been dismissed'!
The relieve I felt, was like no other.
