My experience with Michael Panella was a mixed one, and looking back, I don’t feel he fully fought for the outcome I deserved. During our initial conversation, he made it sound very promising and gave me high hopes that he would get everything thrown completely out. However, when it came down to it, he pushed a pretrial diversion deal where I had to pay fees and complete anger management, even though I maintained my innocence the entire time and the charges were eventually dropped (Nolle Prosequi). While the case is closed, I truthfully feel that he could have done a much more thorough job standing up for me rather than taking the easier diversion route.

July 21 , 2026 Mr. Panella was an outstanding lawyer to work with. He treated me like the most precious stone. He didn't have to do what he did; but, actually, he did walked the extra mile to get the job done to my complete satisfaction. He took time off from his own to drive all the way to my apartment to set up my request. Not many other lawyers would do such a thing to get the job done like he's don it . Mike is an amazing person, a friend and an attorney. He has the best team in the whole of florida if not in the country. He has helped me in so many ways when my ex wife helped my ex employer to go after me and helped them with husband wife conversation and text messages to “get back at me”. I was battling multiple cases and had been given indirect criminal contempt, from someone who hated my guts. Mike was able to get that person removed and new case had been closed with no activity. He even helped me calm down and now my ex wife had filed false allegations and I am feeling exhausted and frustrated but guess what I asked him to help me and there he was. Mike is extremely helpful friendly and compassionate and a very nice person at heart, who I believe genuinely “cares” and does not treat you just as a client. Like other reviewers he had me and replied to me on evenings, weekends and many times very late as whole day he was in courts. I think he is the best criminal attorney out there. I have read other reviews and I totally agree with all of them who have given him 5 stars and I will give him 5 stars a million times if I could. If you are looking for a great attorney, who understands you, is compassionate, extremely professional and who acts as your friend and really cares about you and your well being due to intense pressures especially when you are wrongly accused of felony charges he is the attorney to go to.
