Chase seems like a caring and well meaning man. Very prompt communication. Always got back to me right away. As for the case its self, I had everything done that he recommended before even hiring him. I lost out on quite a bit of money on the IID Suggestion. Didnt have a DLD hearing. Had a lot of reassurance in my case going a better direction. Or atleast help with the dld giving me early reinstatement since I did the IID and he had gotten people reinstated in less than a day. Lesson learned just out a bit of unnecessary money.

Billy Palmer is hands down the best attorney in St. George. He and his staff are prompt, attentive, and truly care about your case and well-being.

I don't write reviews often, and I do not say this lightly - if you are looking for the best lawyers Palmer Litigation is your firm. Look no further. I could not be more grateful and appreciative of Palmer Litigation and working with Chase - he is LITERALLY THE BEST. I live in Denver (2 years ago I moved after I broke up with my ex in St. George, UT) he had been stalking me for the last 2 years. I have an open case against him in Denver. To discredit me as a victim he filed a restraining order against him despite the fact I hadn't spoken with him in over 2 years & he was blocked on everything. I got served less than 24 hours before I was supposed to be present in court to simply say yes I would contest it or not. Being present was the only requirement. Chase was my saint who in less than 18 hour time he represented me in court. If I didn't show for the hearing, or my lawyer, Justin (my ex) would automatically win the false restraining order. Chase came through amazingly!! I had called many lawyers in desperation, Palmer Litigation was the 1st choice for me - but I needed anyone to be there. Chase responded back so quickly, and even after hours and 12 hours before court we had an amazing 1 hour conversation. I knew I was working with the best, across both legal representation; but, even more importantly working with the best person, in character. He takes care of his clients on a every level to the fullest. Hearing them, and validating truth. He was able to ask for a continuance when the evidentiary hearing wasn't possible for me to go to because I have to fly in. Chase represented me PERFECTLY in court when I had to fly in for an evidenciary hearing. We were able to make a strategically objective strategy and prepared me on every level. Chase's strategy worked perfectly. He was able to completely and beautifully discredit all accusations with objective facts and disproving all claims. Chase is incredibly understanding, emotionally intelligent, and expert on how to approach a case. And I learned, apparently UT grants most restraining orders; because well it's UT and one of the worst states for DV. He came to court incredibly prepared, strategic, and VERY well dressed which in court 1st impressions do matter. His demeaner was perfect, factual objective approach and helping to tell me what to say so that it is objective and was so helpful. Without Chase and Palmer Litigation they are the saints!
