I wish I NEVER hired this law firm. Their office is at the FEDEX store P.O Box number and they refer that as a suite number. This should be the first sign not to hire a lawyer. SECOND sign, there is no lawyer giving you a legal advise, they are all paralegal giving you advise illegally. I had Vivian work on our case, she never called, back, replied back to the emails or text message. now I have Giuliano working on it, same results. I have been trying to get an answer of our case, yet, the receptionist who pick up the initial calls FROM HOME, put me on hold to talk to Giuliano and apparently he told her he will call me back, that was 5 days ago, and still no call from Ozeran Law P.O Box ( I would say Ozeran Law office, but it's not an office)
I am wondering Robert Ozeran ACTUALLY knows about all this inappropriate treatment that clients are getting, but I doubt it, because if he knew, it's his firm on the line, not the incompetent people who he has hired to take care of his firm.
I can go on and on complaining about this firm, but I am so tired of the way they are treating us that I can only advise people NOT TO HIRE THIS FIRM. If you can NEVER see the lawyer that is taking care of you, you will NEVER see how that law firm will treat you after you hire them.
for a lifetime injury, The law firm was willing to settle the case for less than $15,000. at 15% their share, that is only $2,250 for them. I know an immigration lawyer who charges more then that just to fill out an immigration form.
I definitely DO NOT recommend this firm. This review of mine will NOT change until I see some change in the law firm on how serious they take their client. When you hire a lawyer, they are suppose to fight on your side, and on your behalf, this firm, is nothing close to fighting for you, in fact, it seems to me like this firm will only fill out the paper work and file, whatever happens, happens, they don't actually say "this offer is a joke, my client deserves more". SO SAD.
