This was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. For approximately six months, this attorney did essentially nothing on my case. My calls and messages were not consistently returned, I received information that I believe was misleading, and I saw no meaningful progress or results. Despite the time that passed, I felt that my case was neglected and that the expectations I was given were not fulfilled. I ultimately had to transfer my case to another attorney because I no longer had confidence that this firm was handling my matter properly. I am considering filing a complaint with the California State Bar regarding my concerns about how my case was handled. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend that anyone considering this firm conduct thorough research, ask detailed questions, and carefully consider other options before hiring them.

I just want to let everyone know that Mister Robert Ozeran truly has been a God send and a blessing. He himself has gone up and beyond the spectrum of an attorneys duties to help me so much with my case. He didn't just take care of me and my circumstance pertaining to my case, he treated me like a best friend or family. Thank you so much Mr. Ozeran.

I let the Ozeran Law team take on my workers compensation case and it's been well over 2 years now.. Every time I call and ask for the person in control of my case (Gabe) I get a he's not in office, on lunch, just stepped out, etc..... I was told I didn't make it to a doctor's appointment I was never informed about and the limitations for the case is over. I called every week for the past 8 months and was always told I will get a call back in 24 hours. I've been waiting for my call back in 24 hours for 8 - 10 months. I also have proof of all the emails, and call log with no return call in 8 months. At this moment I still don't know what's going on with my case but again I will get a call back in 24 hours. It's been over 2 years. They also told me they where just waiting on the judge to sign the check which was over a year ago but they will not return my calls to let me know the status of my case or any next steps. Hopefully I can get back in here and change my experience with Ozeran Law farm but as of now the communication stills are very poor, the 24 hour call back is a complete lie (as I been waiting for a call back for 8 months +) also they will not inform you about any upcoming or missed doctor appointments. Thank you all for reading hopefully your experience is different but as of my I have 2 stars to be nice.

I regret hiring this attorney and would never recommend him to anyone. Communication was consistently poor from the beginning. I was rarely updated on the status of my workers’ compensation case and almost always had to reach out myself just to get basic information. Weeks would go by without any follow-up, making me feel like my case had been forgotten. To make matters worse, his case manager made multiple mistakes during my case, creating unnecessary delays and frustration. Instead of feeling supported during an already stressful process, I felt ignored and overlooked. As a client, I expected professionalism, organization, and communication. I received none of those consistently. I never felt like anyone genuinely cared about my case or my well-being—just that I was another file on the desk. If you’re looking for an attorney who communicates, follows through, and makes you feel like your case matters, this was not my experience. I would not hire this firm again, and I would never refer anyone to them.
