Abandoned!!!! I retained Ozeran Law to help in a comp case, There is a Settlement and then Radio silence. I have made over a dozen calls to there Office in the last two weeks and have a hell of a relationship with there voice Mail, There is NO return calls nothing I received a letter saying I need to sign a form and they have been trying to contact Me yet I have been trying to reach out and zilch.

In the middle/end of a case and decided to look into the offices reviews that’s handling my case (a little late whoops!)
Being that they are mixed, I’ll give a little input of how it’s currently going for me and update after completion. From the beginning they have been helpful, I also understand that I’m not their only client. There have been times I have been frustrated due to communication but if I put in a little effort I get a response. Again, I’m not their only client. If they don’t have updates to share they don’t. Take that how you will. I’m nearing the completion of my case and so far I’m pretty happy with the results and I’m not sure I’d be as happy if I went elsewhere. The attorney who prepared me for my deposition was very calming, informative, encouraging, and helpful. My case manager, (Delia?)has been extremely helpful, and went back and got me more than I initially said okay to. I thought that was great.
If I went with a smaller firm I might get a little better communication, but maybe not, I wonder if the result would be as good though. I don’t think so.
Will update and hopefully rate 5 stars when case closes. (So far it hasn’t even been a year from start)
P.s your attorney isn’t your only resource for information and everyone saying they are unresponsive must not be doing their due diligence because like I said, if I put in a little effort I get a response.
