During the pre-deposition preparation, the attorney appeared to be in a home environment with multiple distractions, including other individuals present and ongoing interruptions. As a result, we were not able to adequately address key questions or prepare for the deposition.

During the deposition itself, there were extended periods where the attorney’s camera was off and microphone muted, and it appeared he was not actively present or monitoring the proceedings. At one point, opposing counsel had to call multiple times before he re-engaged.

Do not EVER chose this attorney! I lost my case because the attorney has hundreds of cases and is not able to handle or manage this many files. Therefore, he hired several administrative assistants posing as if there Attornies or paralegals but they are not. Several of them walked out of his office and l wasn’t notified!

The Most horrible attorney ever! Both Attorney Peter Mbamalu and Robert Ozeran are extremely unethical. For example: After a two year span Peter attended my initial deposition and was supposed to go to part 2 and l never speak or see him again l called the office several times and they said he no longer works there?! Another prime example of Robert is that l spoke to him after l sign the documents and l never once spoke to him again EVER!

These are used car salesmen looking for SUCKERS! If you decide to get another attorney they still get 15% off every file settlement, that is why your file is held hostage until you’re forced to or you realize they have no intention to settle. They can court appointments. MAKE SURE YOU SIGN DOCUMENTS (addendum) IN THE BEGINNING STATING IF NO SETTLEMENT YOU ARE ABLE TO GO TO ANOTHER ATTORNEY AND HIS OFFICE DOES NOT RECEIVE ANYTHING!

They didn’t have an office l could go to and speak to anyone directly! I LOST BIG TIME….l lost EVERYTHING!!!! I lost because of the extreme neglects in hopes to receive a settlement! Regretfully l lost my case but lm leaving the message as a warning!

This experience was definitely egregious predatory behavior on behalf of both attorneys!!

Very unprofessional, do not answer calls. I have been calling for months trying to find out what happened with a deposition that I had with them in a about August of 2025. To this day , I have yet to receive a call back from anyone. That is very unprofessional.
