BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS. They will take your money and not do a thing!! They will try to convince you it’s normal practice to take months and months on end with no progress and it is not. Please save your money and get a better attorney. These people are extremely unprofessional. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I recently had an unpleasant experience with the customer service, while trying to obtain information for a family member. When I called, it was difficult to even understand what was being said, as multiple people were speaking at the same time. This lack of organization made the call frustrating from the start.

Then, Blanca Guerra, the business manager, joined the call. Unfortunately, her demeanor was far from professional. She was rude, dismissive, and her behavior raised serious concerns about her ability to handle customer service matters, especially given her role as a business manager.

Additionally, my Spanish-speaking uncle was provided an English contract, which is both confusing and unacceptable. When I asked why this happened, Blanca was unable to provide a clear explanation and responded with a tone that was completely uncalled for.

It’s very concerning to see such poor communication and customer service from a place where professionalism should be a priority. This experience has left me questioning the reliability and care of this office. Word of mouth travels fast and all I can say is choose who represents you carefully!
