After calling three other places, something told me to make one more call, and that call was to Over the Mountain. Lindsey, Dave’s wife, answered, and everything felt right from the start. They’re a family‑owned business that truly cares. Dave is extremely thorough and guided me through every step. I’ve been considering bankruptcy for over 10 years, and now I know I was simply waiting for the right attorney. That attorney is Dave. I thought my last appointment was just to pay the remainder of my fee, and I didn’t realize we’d be filing that day. It took about 30–40 minutes. I walked out and cried almost the entire way home, thanking God. Dave changed my life. He didn’t try to push a Chapter 13 on me like other places do.
