From when I first reached out to the office of Ortiz and Moeslinger, I knew I had reached out to the right team for my case. Attorney Moeslinger promptly returned my call and went over the specifics of my case and discussed the possible challenges.
He took time to discuss all the options we had and the best possible outcomes with each.
After we decided the best course of action, Attorney Moeslinger went to work and built a solid case which resulted in the outcome that we were seeking...all that in a fast time frame.

I just realized you edited your response as a result of my edit when the facts remain the same. I was contacted after i asked not to be and I was continuously lied to about the amount of recovery in every conversation except the final when I wanted to resolve immediately and was finally provided a list of expenses and fees after my 1st edit from a paralegal. again:
0 stars and would never recommend

Every statement I wrote is true. You apparently were not on the phone during every time she lied about the amount I would recover. Also I was never provided a an accounting statement that explains your extorted expenses and fees and she contacted me after I told her not to. I stand by my original review 💯
Attorney Anastasia Dougherty gave an impressive sales pitch when I signed her fee agreement, but then blatantly misrepresented the amount I would actually recover. She took half in so-called “expenses” — despite there being no court filings or related fees — and repeatedly assured me in multiple telephone conversations that I would recover much of what I worked for. That turned out to be completely untrue. Zero stars — I would never recommend her.
