Ohanesian & Ohanesian

I am at a loss, I don't understand what is going on with this business!
It's been months since I first contacted the Onanesian Law firm and dropped off documents for a title search and to prepare the paperwork for the sale of my property to my neighbor. Mr. Reep on his behalf.
I understand, nothing is simple and quick when it comes to a real-estate sale, but, this experience has been horrible!!!
I have bought and sold many properties, including homes and land but, this has been the absolute worst experience I have ever had!!!
The ladies at the reception desk seemed nice enough, but, being nice and polite to my face doesn't make up for the lack of professionalism I have experienced in dealing with the Ohanesian Law firm!
All talk and apparently, no action.
In all these months, I have no idea what, if anything has been done to facilitate the sale of my property.
I called many times, I went to the office many, many times, and, on the rare occasion the door was unlocked, I spoke to the ladies at the reception desk and was given excuse after excuse as to what was causing the closing delay.
Including, attorney Ohanesians medical problems hindering the closing, vacatin trips and other excuses.
Well, Ohanesian lives only a few hundred yards from the office and they have obviously been conducting business, and both, husband and wife are lawyers and I'm sure that signing a document isn't that big of a deal!
I, and my friend who owns a business a few doors down have seen the Ohanesians leaving the office on multiple occasions recently.
It's not like they are performing open heart surgery or building a spaceship to Mars!
They don't return phone calls and I have asked repeatedly to please, please, inform my neighbor, who is purchasing my property as to what is going to cause this long delay,
These months it's taking to settle this is causing stress to myself and especially to my potential buyer.
Well, because of Ohanesians lack of urgency in performing this service, and because of Ohanesians not reaching out to my neighbor to explaining what the delay is, and, because of pushing the closing date back, again and again and again, my neighbor has gotten fed up, and wants to drastically reduce the ageeded sales price!
Well, thanks for nothing, Ohanesian Law firm!!!
Your bs, has soured my neighbor in regards to purchasing my property and cost me this guaranteed sale!!!
