The attorney is an excellent person and a true professional in his work. It is clear that he has knowledge and experience, and overall my impression of him is very positive.

However, my experience with his assistant, Martina Minetti, has been very different. Unfortunately, she seems to be quite disorganized. Even after several interactions, she still confuses my name and calls me by a different one. In addition, she rarely responds to my messages on time, and when she does respond, sometimes the information is unclear or incoherent.

On two very important occasions during my process, I needed her help simply to obtain certain information, and unfortunately I did not receive the support I needed from Martina Minetti. In this type of work, responsibility, organization, and a human approach toward clients are essential. In my experience, these qualities were lacking.

I hope this feedback helps improve communication and client service in the future.
