DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!! good luck everyone hearing back from your lawyer, i left a voicemail a week ago and still no reply, on hold again this morning and they said they don’t know who my lawyer is????? clearly very unorganized, if you value communication and replies in a timely fashion this is not the place for you. I also was injured needing treatment, they sent me to a doctor one visit i went, then a couple days later orb called TO DROP ME AS A CLIENT, bc they said they sent private investigators to see if the driver that hot me had insurance and oebs private detective found NO INSURANCE, so i was dropped entirely, but low and behold (still in pain 4 months later the general calls with questions, it was the person who hit mes insurance and THEY DID HAVE INSURANCE! so private detectives dont do their job either. REGRET TAKING MY CASE TO OEB LAW.

UPDATE AGAIN I WAS IN ANOTHER ACCIDENT AND TRIED TO GET SERVICES AND THEY REFUSED UNLESS I DELETED MY TRUE REVIEW, TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE AND NOT A PLACE THAT WANTS TO HIDE REAL REVIEWS!!!!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO MY WORST ENEMY!!!!!

Retained Gena Lewis in 2023 for a criminal defense case from 2017. Very poor communication and counsel for 2 and a half years, felt like I was stuck on a back burner, 1 out of every 10 calls I made were returned. My case was not thoroughly investigated by the attorney. I feel very little, if anything at all was done to represent me. Very negligent. Money wasted.
