Frances is very good at what she does she has helped me with my daughter's case and has been helping me ever since she also knows that CUA and APM is trafficking kids and adopting children out to rapist like they did with my daughter CUA and APM gave my daughter to paternal uncle who has a sexual harassment charge on him plead guilty to rape and CUA and APM think this is okay it's been a year now almost that I have been dealing with this and APM and CUA allowing Patrick Yannone to neglect my daughter physically and sexually by him and his family memebers they took my daughter out of Patrick's care and into foster when her maternal grandmother is alive and have full custody of my daughters siblings and has been cleared and is a mandate reporter herself also bonded but CUA and APM state my daughter is safe and is not because she is living with a man that has a rape record and his family pressing charges on each other for raping each other its been hell dealing with APM and CUA 2 they have no reasons or excuse why they are doing. What they have been please fran help me get lilly my baby girl back this has been mentally abusing me and my children it's not right to me her mother her siblings and family that she hasn't met or got to meet at all yet please do your job a little better now and help my daughter get away from convicted rapist please and thank you
