He gave us the price for will and living trust up front. The price was competitive. He chatted with us about various potential issues, options to deal with them, and positives and negatives. Some extra cost, fully disclosed, some no extra cost. He made a few suggestions about how to give money to our kids before we die, nothing that would change anything in will or trust, just how to do it. . We said no, he took no offense and didn't pressure us.

Mr. O'Donnell's staff handled all the legal mumbo jumbo, powers of attorney, health directives, retitling the house, everything we needed to sign, we got paper and electronic copies of everything, he had a Notary on staff, gave us detailed directions on how to open new bank and brokerage accounts, just everything. Best of all, he and his staff were quick and efficient. Only a couple of 30 to 45 minute visits. Done and dusted, no time wasted, for the price described up front.

Five years later we called up to get a check up and see what needed changing. Same thing, very knowledgeable, didn't waste our time, and the price was fair.

Definitely going to go back in a few years when we want to check what changes should be made.
