My daughter was in a horrible car accident last July 2024. The law offices of O'Connor, Acciani, and Levy her he's working on her case and to call back in 2 weeks he should have a settlement. This went on for months. She would allow months to go by to allow the attorney the opportunity to work on her behalf.

We are almost 3 months away from the anniversary of her accident. She spoke to the attorney today and was told they have not been working on her case as previously stated over the past year. Furthermore, she could find another attorney. She asked for his credentials, and he refused to give them to her.

For years, I have held this law firm in such high esteem. Never would I imagine O'Connor, Acciani, and Levi treating a client so unprofessional and dismissively.

My daughter lost employment due to this accident and has 2 small children to provide for. Now she has doctors bills she needs to pay.
