Was referred by a close friend, called to request services (as a consultation). Thomas Jalkut called me back two days later on a Friday at 5:30, displaying poor interpersonal communication. Extremely expensive and inexplicably slow accompanied by terrible communication practices. Many of our interactions with lawyers from this firm were, to the say least, discourteous. Unfortunately, our mother used NM&F to plan her estate and serve as executors once she passed. The process took almost five years and proved to be a terrible experience at a very difficult time of our lives. WE Would never recommend this firm to anyone seeking help with trust and estates.
