The staff of North Land Elder Law appear to be available, as well as competent, well experienced, and extra-helpful in keeping Trustees honest. Family FRAUD needs to be overseen so as to stop the dishonest or Greedy from steeling from the Elderly, as is happening in my case where two co-trustees have become reluctant to reveal an Annual Report to my dad's trust, and appear to prefer payments in CASH, as well as Gift Cards, so as not to be accountable or subject to report. The Value and Worth of Trusts is tempting to the family members who were not properly disciplined, so we are seeing intra-familial scheming and a heightened incidence of cheating. The aforementioned Staff appear to know the value of discretion and privacy, and should be helpful in protecting the Elderly, even while causing the error-prone to re-evaluate their lack of honesty..
