Andrew Lindsey has represented me through the toughest case I have ever had in my life. By far, he has been the best defense attorney I have ever hired. Andrew was very knowledgeable on the circumstances of my case and confident on the case-law applicable to my case. If I were to hire any other lawyer like I had hired in the past. I would have most likely taken a plea deal. Convicting me of lesser crime at best. With Andrew Lindsey, my case was completely dismissed entirely. Being charged with a DWI was no easy task to get dismissed. Andrew knew exactly how to handle my case through a years long, drawn-out legal process. He answered all my questions when they arose. Andrew even allowed me to park at his office parking near the court house when I had court. Andrew also would explain to me what my options were forthrightly and gave soild advice on what I should do. Even after the first nolle prosequi, Andrew kept in touch with me on his work cellphone for when the prosecutors would be bringing back the charge. I was always mentally preparing for the worst-case scenario. Which caused a lot of anxiety. Hiring Andrew to represent me for both instances definitely calmed down my anxiety throughout the whole ordeal. I have hired other lawyers in the past who didn't really seem to care much or even do much. Especially since they never went to trial for me. Andrew Lindsey was truly the first defense attorney who ever went to trial for me. I have never been so impressed by any defense attorney like Andrew. Indubitably, by his readiness to go to trial at a moments notice when there was essentially no plea deal on the table during the trail date. He had multiple defense strategies ready. However, he didn't even need to present or argue them since his knowledge of case law essentially finished the trial hearing within a few minutes. Again, I was astounded with Andrew's trial defense. The prosecution wanted to nolle prosequi once more. Andrew made sure they didn't get the chance to reopen the case within the next few days. Since it still had not reached the statue of limitations. Andrew pushed to get it entirely dismissed. The judge agreed with Andrew. The prosecutors did not have good cause to nolle prosequi. The judge dismissed the case. What can I say? That was the absolute best result I could have prayed for. Andrew Lindsey has truly been a blessing in my life. Andrew is by far unquestionably the best defense lawyer I have ever hired. If I were to hire a defense attorney for any other instance, I would hire Andrew Lindsey 10/10 times. Words can't express how grateful I am to Andrew for the positive impact he's had on my life.
