Absolutely useless. I'm unemployed and can't at my bills as is, but they think I make too much from unemployment compensation. Zero compassion or care from them. Don't get your hopes up contacting them, you're better off contacting the Lehigh Bar Association.

I was seeking advice (referred by a higher cost lawyer) and was told that Christine Crafts, Esq. would be an incredible advocate. My issue was that my former landlady didn't send my security deposit after I moved out. I told Ms. Crafts that I had written a demand letter and she has read it because I had emailed it to her office and planned on sending it Certified mail. She was reading it,, saying she'd share edits and that I could send it via email and there was a way to get proof.. When I said that I didn't know how to do this, she asked me,, "do you know how to use email? " She barely spent time with me on the call, saying that she'd reply with advice and edits. I was very hopeful especially since I can't afford a high priced lawyer (she was referred to me by a high priced lawyer). She sent the email response which was completely inaccurate and not representative of the things that I said. When I responded with a well constructed email,, she wrote back apologizing and stated that she "interpreted" things from our conversation which tells me that she definitely did NOT pay attention to me and what I said. She offered zero legal advice.. She didn't tell me that I could apply for an IFP to cover court costs. I knew about everything before the call thanks to Google. So,, I wouldn't recommend North Penn Legal to anyone who needs affordable legal advice because I certainly didn't get it.. It was a waste of my time.
