It depends what you’re needing and who you get, they are usually busy and forgetful but it’s free so take it with a grain of salt I suppose. I have been ignored , I have been helped. you just have to be diligent with reminding them about what you need. Overall having any representation in certain situations is better than none, especially when you can’t afford someone.

I was referred to North Penn in late November over a housing related issue. After my initial contact, I had to chase after the attorney to whom I was assigned. We actually met on 8 December. She told me she would take action on my problem and did not consider my issue trivial. It has had a significant and negative impact on my quality of life. I have not heard from Lisa Brown Esq since. I have tried several times to contact her, I even sent a message to her office admins. Neither she nor her organisation have ever responded. Another referral was sent out in late January - still no response. This is now mid-February and my situation is profoundly worse. If you enjoy false hope and being deceived, if being abandoned to your own misery is your thing, this is the place for you.
