North Idaho Law Group, and especially Paralegal Adam Bowen, were incredible to work with over the past few weeks. We contacted the office in a panic after our child received a citation just one week before leaving for college out of state. They responded quickly, were extremely knowledgeable, and guided us through the process with professionalism and compassion. Adam communicated every step, anticipated potential hiccups, kept us on track, and worked efficiently to get the citation dismissed quickly with minimal personal disruption during an already chaotic time. My experience with NILG was fantastic. Adam was able to handle my speeding ticket for 15+ over the limit (allegedly) and have it dismissed. The whole process was shockingly easy, straightforward, and stress free. We discussed the likelihood of dismissal and other options available to me if dismissal was not granted. I was also reassured no decisions would be made without my consent. Hopefully I won’t get another ticket in Idaho but if I do my next stop will be NILG.
