If you’re looking for effective legal counsel, keep searching — because Attorney Dana Bowes is the very definition of ineffective representation.

Her lack of preparation and failure to zealously advocate for her client makes one wonder why she ever took the case in the first place. Oh, that’s right — the cash-up-front contracts that strip her of any accountability for the outcome. Even when showing up to trial unprepared — without something as basic as a jury binder — she managed to turn what should have been a fair trial into a coerced plea deal and sentencing hearing… even when her client was 100% innocent.

What you’ll actually get with Ms. Bowes is a blatant disregard for her client’s best interests. She’s not part of the solution; she’s part of the problem — engaging in what can only be described as legalized racketeering.

I strongly caution anyone against entrusting their future, their freedom, or their rights to someone this ineffective. There are attorneys who fight for their clients — Dana Bowes is not one of them.
