The receptionist told me that this firm does not represent tenants because of conflict of interest. Whatever that means did not make any sense to me nor did she explain further.

Very good experience with a recent Nochumson U talk. Earlier this week, Alan Nochumson spoke to my real estate team at our Fishtown office.
