We found the experience with them to be quite disappointing. They were very pushy, rude at times, and constantly trying to upsell. They start out nice and get pushy almost like a wolf in sheep's clothing, with high pressure and intimidation. When engaging with them after one of their presentations, we were trying to evaluate our options, and we were rudely told literally, that "decision time was over"and we were pressured extensively. This was after we already spent $5,000 with them and needed a couple of minor tweaks to our trust. We said our expectations very clearly and very reasonably upfront and they seem to continuously push. It seems like they're more concerned about making money than really helping you. Also it seems like they write their documents in a way that will constantly require updating to continuously cost you money and generate revenue for them. I would absolutely recommend looking elsewhere for these services!
