Beware of using this company for any legal needs! We used Niles & Bracy's services to create a corporation. Mr. Evan Bracy put his name as a legal representative of the company, which after consulting with a legitimate law firm, is unheard of. In the eyes of the IRS, "The “responsible party” is the person who ultimately owns or controls the entity or who exercises ultimate effective control over the entity. The person identified as the responsible party should have a level of control over, or entitlement to, the funds or assets in the entity that, as a practical matter, enables the person, directly or indirectly, to control, manage, or direct the entity and the disposition of its funds and assets." He illegitimately put his own name as the "responsible party" when creating a corporation that doesn't belong to him. He has since not answered any of my calls, emails, and letters regarding this matter. He is withholding and refusing to provide us with ANY of the company's formation documents. He didn't even file the certificate of incorporation himself, rather outsourced the work to a 3rd part filer. The IRS cannot even answer any of our questions regarding our own company because Even Bracy is the only individual authorized to communicate with them. Their services has cost us tens of thousands of dollars of residual damages and penalties, and the bills keep rising.
