Initially, I called to ask questions but no one answered. I left a voicemail. Less than 10 minutes later Nick reached out directly. No "gate-keepers" the keep you from talking directly to Nick. After a brief phone convo, he had already shared at least to nuggets of info needed to form my business out of professional kindness and courtesy.
