Nicholas Pike Goetz aka “Yours Truly” has been making up his own alternative facts for so long he can no longer distinguish between his own lies and the truth.
Nicholas “yours truly” Goetz violated PPP Kentucky Rules of Civil Procedure (CR) Rule 5.02 - CR 5.02 Service when he failed to send the renotice regarding. Even though he had always used email and the USPS, I received no documentation at all. When I emailed him to inquire why I was not informed, he responded “We had that hearing on May 15. I sent the renotice to your residence via US post and my original motion went to your prior counsel.” He was well aware that I had been pro se for months prior and my prior counsel confirmed that he had not received any new documents either.

On June 12, 2024, I sent Nicholas Pike Goetz a Request for Documents Under the Discovery Rules, including open questions regarding inconsistencies in Defendant James Ludwiczak’s answers and deposition statement and supplemental requests for documents and records based on my fathers deposition statements on March 6, 2024. Also, the Defense has not completed Discovery Responses to Plaintiff’s First Set of Discovery Interrogatories, has not completed Discovery Responses to Plaintiff’s Request for Production of Documents, has not completed Discovery Responses to Plaintiff’s Request for Production of Documents, and has not completed Discovery Responses to Plaintiff’s Request for Production of Documents Request.
