Clerk cut off my phone and pretended the call got dropped when I called back only 10 minute is free consultation she said .she set appointment for me I kept waiting Lawer never called back.I think cleark lied to me.So please don’t contact this law firm and waste your time..

"I wish I could give this law firm zero stars based on my experience with Paul Donsbach, Anna, and Ernest Cardona. They completely mishandled my case, seemingly too busy to dedicate the necessary time and effort. While they promised expertise and assured me of their ability to communicate with the judge, I paid thousands for their so-called premium service, only for them to make one sentence in court—before being immediately shut down by the judge.

Throughout the process, they switched attorneys on me three times, claiming they needed to review the case each time. Of course, this resulted in new charges each time the attorney changed, and the clock restarted, leaving me frustrated and disillusioned.

I took a chance after seeing their five-star reviews, but I now regret it deeply. After switching to a different law firm, I discovered just how badly I had been mistreated. Even more frustrating, this firm continued to send invoices in January 2025, despite our working relationship ending in October 2024, after I had already paid the final bill.

To top it off, when my attorney quit in August 2024, no one from the firm took over my case or even informed me of my upcoming court dates. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare."

Due to the judge being particular, I couldn't do my hearing via Zoom with Amanda because of this I had the great pleasure of working with Paul in-person. Both Amanda & Paul made me feel heard and validated. Given that my case is a domestic violence restraining order and I had previously reached out to many other law firms and those other law firms made me feel unheard/unseen and just overall re-victimized, I already feel confident in the abilities of Next Legal's staff.
