It takes a special level of depravity to work hard enough to find a part-time warehouse job that one of your targets is working but lie to the court and say that the most recent address you can find is a SIX-YEAR CLOSED P.O. Box in a town that is almost 200 miles from the part-time warehouse.

Of course, when you make a living by exploiting loopholes in debt collection law to violate the constitutional rights of people that can’t afford to hire lawyers, you’re already several levels below polite society.
