ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS. I’m sure the lawyers/social workers are lovely but the receptionists l/liaisons do not care if you live or die!

I was so happy when I came across this practice only to face horrific setbacks. I called to inquire about a consultation and was directed to a 1-800 because all of their cases are assigned to them through that number. The 1-800 number said that they couldn’t help me. I called this office again to see if a lawyer could at least guide me in the right direction but the receptionist said no. Once again, I’m sure the professionals are great but reception is truly horrible.
