No te dejes arrestar un fin de semana porque NO TRABAJAN LOS FINES DE SEMANA y ¡NO SE PRESENTARÁN! ¡Todas las reseñas de cinco estrellas son falsas y pagadas! ¡No confíes en este bufete de abogados, no son buenos en su trabajo! Nunca te comunicas con el abogado, siempre es un asistente que siempre es diferente. Probablemente porque no duran mucho allí. ¡Me dijeron que enviarían mi solicitud a inmigración en 3-4 meses y que obtendría un permiso de trabajo en 8 meses a un año! No enviaron mi solicitud hasta un año después porque no se comunicaban entre ellos y terminaron alargando mi caso hasta que fue demasiado tarde y quedé bajo custodia de ICE. Cuando nos comunicamos con ellos, ¡dijeron que no tenían a nadie disponible los fines de semana! Cuando estaba bajo custodia, el oficial de inmigración me dijo que si tenía algo pendiente, había una posibilidad de que me liberaran, pero todo lo que había era una solicitud que se había recibido solo dos semanas antes y no era suficiente. Aun así, siguieron adelante y cobraron después de que me deportaran, lo que para mí dice mucho de ellos. Si de verdad quieres saber la verdad sobre este bufete, lee todas las reseñas de una estrella, ¡esas son las reales! Sé que es difícil encontrar un buen abogado de inmigración cuando estás bajo presión y estrés, como me pasó a mí, pero sigue buscando y encuentra a otra persona para evitar la decepción. ¡Lo único que quieren es tu dinero y mentirán para conseguirlo! ¡NO LOS CONTRATES, NO SIRVEN PARA NADA!!!!!

I found the firm to be very disorganized and lacking a consistent, systematic approach to handling cases. There was frequent miscommunication between the paralegals, assistants, and attorneys, which made the overall process frustrating and inefficient.

Given their high fees, I expected a much higher level of service and responsiveness. While their communication is professional when they do respond, it often takes far too long to get answers to simple questions. Despite the high fees, the quality of resources and legal counsel did not meet expectations.

I also want to point out that the role they refer to as a “legal strategist” appears to function more like a sales rep. What is presented during the initial consultation does not always align with what is delivered once the legal team becomes involved. I strongly recommend paying close attention to exactly what is being offered and documented, as the services may not fully match expectations.

Additionally, the process to terminate the contract is unnecessarily lengthy and complicated.

The office itself is well-presented and welcoming, but ultimately, presentation does not replace organization, transparency, and efficient case management. I would recommend considering other firms that prioritize clear communication, accountability, and timely service.
