Cindy is not only nasty, and very unprofessional in her behavior, but I also think she may be incompetent which is very concerning for a paralegal. She was emailed our house contract the first week in December and it seems she forgot about us because six weeks later she had not even read the contract or knew what was going on. she literally yelled at me on the phone, at one point when trying to explain why six weeks went by and nothing had been done, she yelled “NOBODY WORKS ON THE HOLIDAYS” when i said she didn’t even contact us for six weeks, she yelled “AND I SAID I WAS SORRY”. When asked a question, she tried avoiding answering, and then blamed everyone but herself. She blamed Chris for being sick from Dec 4-15th. She said it’s a very busy office and she has hundreds of files on her desk. She clearly doesn’t have time for her clients. For how “busy” she is, I’m pretty sure we walked in the office when she had time to make a personal call because I overheard her say to the person on the phone, “…well he’s old enough to have some respect” which doesn’t seem very professional, but judging by her attitude and knotted messy hair, she doesn’t care for professionalism. she wasted six weeks of our time, which is very valuable when you are waiting to move into your new home. Please don’t bother and find a different attorney.

Best choice we made having this firm handle our closing with selling our family home!
With 5 siblings involved-2 out of state-Cindy was incredibly communicative, efficient & did such a fantastic job for all of us!
Can’t recommend them highly enough, I’m sure you’ll feel the same way too!
