I would like to share that Matthew Flemister was absolutely wonderful from start until finish on my case.

I got a speeding ticket back in February and I didn't need to do anything, he showed up for me for my court date and was able to buy me some time for figuring things out on what I decided and needed to do.

I would highly recommend this guy for your traffic ticket cases.
He is extremely knowledgeable and gives straight up honest opinions and guidance on what he's experienced in the past and he knew the judge well.
He is very affordable and can get the tickets off your record in most cases, especially if you have a great driving history already and you're not a repeat offender.

I thought he was highly skilled in digging into my case for reasons why I was pulled over. He was able to see that some call came in about a possible intoxicated driver that was driving and whoever it was obviously had the same vehicle description as mine and that could have been part of the reason I was pulled over.
However, I was in a tricky area going through Pea Ridge and not familiar with the area.
Weird thing was when I was pulled over, the officer never asked me if I had been drinking.
Of course, I had my 10 yo daughter with me and I don't drink.

Regardless, this attorney was just excellent with the investigation of my case and doing a great job at keeping it off my record and made things super simple through the entire process.

Again, Matthew was excellent and just fantastic!

Matthew Flemister is an incredible defense attorney, and I highly recommend him to anyone. He has helped me with multiple cases and went above and beyond to get me justice.
