I hired this attorney to represent me in a custody-related matter, including a contempt hearing. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. On the day of my contempt hearing, my attorney did not appear in court because she had scheduled a vacation. Instead, my case was handed off to another lawyer who was unfamiliar with the details of my situation. This left me feeling unprepared and unsupported during an important court proceeding. In addition, there were ongoing communication issues with the office. I informed the receptionist multiple times that I was moving and needed my address updated, but my calls were often not answered and the office ultimately recorded the wrong address in my file. For something as serious as a custody case, clear communication and proper representation are critical. Unfortunately, I did not feel that my case received the attention or preparation it deserved

I wish zero stars was an option. The lady at the desk is so unprofessional and hung up on me when I called to ask questions about a case filed against me. I would not ever recommend this place to anyone for anything.

Paid this man 3k to beat a first time and very low level THC DUI, and I did not beat it. I am very much physically disabled and he got me 65hr of community service that has been impossible to find light work my body can handle. I dont understand why this case turned out the way it did, all based on hearsay and this lawyer did not protect me. Never again. Bill Shaw told us he could beat the case, I wish I would have stuck with him.
