I help my mother with her investments. To make the process simpler, we decided to give me financial power of attorney (POA). As a result, she advised us to have her prepare other estate planning documents as well. These were done quickly. At the signing, Alyson and her team took time to explain and discuss each document, and were patient with my mother's humorous banter.
