Mark's team is the team to have on your side. I can tell you my experience, and I hope it helps someone in need of Mark's services. The morning after getting bailed out of jail my mind was going in so many directions, from what do I do now to I know I need to act fast. I googled many lawyers and read review after review. Everyone has different experiences with this process, I did 14 years ago. I received Mark's number from a trusted friend and decided to look him up. Right now I'm nervous and my world is upside down! Not knowing what to do is the hardest thing to deal with. I sent an email to Mark who happened to be out of town. He forwarded my message to his office and they called me back very fast. Communication is key at this point of the process. I had a meeting with Mark. He didn't look like the picture I saw on the website; he was an older gentleman! LOL The first visit was going over all of my paperwork. He told me point blank what I was in for. We discussed what he hoped to help me with, and what I would be expected to do to help him help me. Then came the part no one wants to talk about and I've been sweating since day one...COST! DMV cost was very reasonable to call and deal with them as he did. My brain hurt trying to know what to ask; we all know the DMV. Cost for court, travel, etc. was the best money/decision I made in this whole situation. I will say it again communication is key. Any and every question was answered. He called the day before court to set up a custom base plan for your situation. He knows you made a bad choice and now we are doing business with your life. He doesn't take responsibility lightly. At court he helped me understand and make informed decisions. I did as he asked and he did as I asked. We came to a very pleasing outcome all because we worked as a team. If you made it this far you owe it to yourself to send an email or make that call. Just know you will start to put the pieces back together as soon as you do. To Mark's team, thank you for all that you do. Good people make mistakes, I'm glad that you see that.
