Let me share my experience to everyone: My sister recommended me to the Nava Law when I was looking for the residency of my wife by marriage, she is from Nicaragua. Their policy is to pay 100 (it may vary by time due to inflation) for a consultation of any case by the attorney Cesar Nava who is a very professional person. He will let you know if your case worth taking it else he will let you know your options, for me this is more than worth your money. Any other attorney will say yes to everything a will just steal your money. In our case everything went smoothly we agreed and signed contract with Mr. Nava, we gathered all our documentation asked. They organized everything and sent the forms to USCIS later then we got a appointment to a interview. At the interview Mr Cesar Nava will be with you at your side giving support to any questions or discrepancies the interviewer gives you. After all the process thanks god today my wife and I went to pickup her green card and her social security to Navas law firm office.
