Nathan is an extraordinary attorney and human being. His work ethic is outstanding, and he deserves the highest respect and praise. He explains everything thoroughly and makes you feel important and heard. I can't recommend him enough! In response to the person who insinuated that Nathan was not partial to helping her because she was not "Japanese".. wanted to add that my husband is not Japanese, and is in fact "haole", (not "hollies" as you stated, and it's also not a term that Japanese people created for whites in Hawai'i ) and he is also of Hawaiian descent as well. Nathan treated him with the utmost respect and kindness. I find that when you treat others with dignity and respect, you tend to get the same in kind.

This firm wanted to charge me $2,100 to delete my late husband from our joint tenancy title on a raw land parcel and transfer title to my living trust. He refused to respect the contribution my husband's family has made to the Hawaiian islands and refused any discounts to a veterans family. I am also very well aware of the fact Hawaii is controlled by people of Japanese descent or even still Japanese citizens and this firm is a perfect example of discrimination against Hollies, the derogatory term the Japanese have for whites in Hawaii.
