I had an urgent need to have my lease reviewed by a commercial real estate attorney. My lease was ambiguous as to whether I or the landlord was responsible for a very expensive piece of equipment. I was promptly placed in touch with attorney Goldberg and he reviewed the lease. He recommended a sagacious approach having me dealing with the landlord directly first to keep my costs down. He was happy to litigate but he said frankly that even if I win my legal costs might not get me ahead financially. In the end I followed that advice and his total charge was 'zero'. He took time out of his day to review the lease of a complete stranger, gave me professional advice and could have charged me and I was prepared to pay. He certainly made my day!!
