				Nate misrepresented a counter offer in my civil suit. He directed me to speak to another attorney involved in my case. I told him I would speak to her and I would get back to him the next day. Nate took it upon himself to reply to the offer I was given BEFORE I got back to him. When I called him out on it he said, "you weren't going to accept their offer anyway." I had planned to offer a counter offer. 



He also wrote to me on multiple occasions and said my email was in his junk mail and that was the reason it took him 7-10 days to responds to my questions. 



I would not recommend Nate Adams to represent you in a civil proceeding.
