Called the office for a payment and the person who spoke me was not able to understand what we are asking for instead always telling the payment will be processed by some one else .. Fiona was not even willing to provide a confirmation number for the payment which I have made over the phone . I understand the payment will be processed by the Hartford health care , but if we make a payment it is our responsibility to get a confirmation number for the call …
