This company has disgusting and extremely rude, incompetent individuals. Fiona shouldnt be working there at all. The hanging up as you are speaking is a disgusting behavior. I have worked in collections myself but to speak to people in a disgusting unprofessional rude manner is definitely not the right way to go. Asking for personal documentation to be sent to an untrustworthy individual is like selling your information on the black market especially asking for children's information. The fact that they are allowed to get away with this is unbelievably ridiculous and they should be held accountable. The audacity of this unprofessional rude individuals is DISGUSTING
