I worked with Nadia at Roam Immigration for my O1-B visa, an application which took, from start to finish, about six months. At times I found the process frustrating, but I think I was expecting a straightforward to-do list that I could box-tick until I had my visa! Nadia was very patient with my endless demands and I ultimately had a successful result so I was pleased with the service. I would say to request a list of possible extra costs – as I ended up paying maybe an extra $500-$1,000 to get a certain certification, then for my embassy appointment and for registered post to return my documents. In the grand scheme of things it wasn't a huge amount but I wasn't expecting it so it would be good to get out ahead of those kinds of things!
