DO NOT hire this company to handle anything for you. Our experience has been an absolute disappointment. We have a case filed with them, but at this point we do not even know if it is still active due to the complete lack of communication. They have scheduled appointments with us only to cancel without notifying us, and they do not respond to emails or return phone calls. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend their services.

I am sharing my experience with this firm so others understand what to expect.

I retained this firm for a lemon law case that ultimately resulted in a buyback. While the final outcome was achieved, the process over approximately 2.5 years was marked by persistent communication failures and lack of transparency.

Key issues I experienced:

Lack of attorney communication: I did not receive direct responses from my assigned attorney (Eleazar D. Kim #297876) despite numerous emails and calls over many months.

Repeated follow-ups required: Basic status updates required multiple emails and calls, often with no response or delayed responses.

Inconsistent information: I received conflicting explanations from different staff members regarding settlement terms and process details.

Limited access to knowledgeable staff: Most updates came from support staff who often did not have specific information about my case.

Settlement clarity issues: I had to repeatedly request written breakdowns and explanations of the financial terms before receiving clear information.

Delays post-settlement execution: After signing the agreement, there were extended delays with little visibility into the status of surrender and payment.

To be fair, certain individuals on the team eventually stepped in to help move the process forward, and the matter was ultimately resolved with a completed surrender and payment. However, the path to resolution required significant persistence on my part.

I am also aware of publicly reported concerns involving affiliated or related entities, which, combined with my experience, made the lack of communication and clarity even more concerning.

This experience fell well short of what I would expect in terms of communication, responsiveness, and client service.

Very first interaction with this company left me disappointment and upset. The call intake center, you get when calling, made me feel they were rude, short and uncaring. Basically said it didn't matter I wasn't going to do business. Absolutely no compassion for the person is what I feel. It appears customer service really is a thing of the past.
