I want to give a shout out to anyone looking for a Probate Attorney. I contacted Dawn Ellis in the Homosassa Citrus County area and she was excellent. My Mom passed away in the Homosassa area and I live in Ormond Beach FL about 3 hours away. She handled everything with the court and made it so easy for me and my family to get through the court process. She communicated with me by email and was very efficient and responded quickly to answer any question I had. I highly recommend her and am so thankful for all her help.

My parents bought a parcel of land in Inverness Florida a very long time ago. After our older sister passed the family decided to sell. We live outside of Florida, found a realtor, then found out about Probate. We needed to remove our deceased sister’s from the title and add her three children. Dawn Ellis Is a very good probate lawyer we only met one time to talk, and after that everything was handled by email. She is very professional and handles everything in a very efficient way.
