My Florida Probate, P.A.

Had the pleasure of working with Dawn and she was wonderful. She was extremely helpful and worked very diligently to complete our probate process.

I highly recommend using Dawn Ellis for your real estate needs. She is professional and very patient. Did an excellent job transferring a deed to my name.

Dawn Ellis of My Florida Probate was a great help during a difficult time. They were efficient and helped clarify an unfamiliar process and the cost was clear and upfront.

I hired Dawn to take care of a probate issue regarding my late brother’s estate. From the moment I made contact with Dawn she was professional and honest!
Living in New York I anticipated that the process was going to be long and drawn out.
From start to finish it took approximately 4 weeks, Amazing!!
Dawn turned a potentially stressful situation into a pleasant experience. My family and i are now able to proceed with a real estate transaction.
What I thought was also amazing was that Dawn charged me a flat rate for her services, no hidden fees!
I could write much more but I think I kind of made my point. I typically don’t write reviews but I had to make an exception regarding Dawn!
She did an excellent job!
If you have any reservations in using her services, don’t ! Hire her!!!
Thanks again Dawn!
