Her Notery guy possibly her father summonsed her from Hawaii in 2009 before she was a lawyer. The Notery wrote the last will and testament for my father in law staying that Joe Galvez is the only beneficiary because his other children are awful people. This Lawyer convinced this family to turn on ther brother and till this day, Elizabeth Apodaca never gave the trust information to the beneficiary instead she opened up her business and claims she is his fiduciary on income taxes and he owns a business, WHER, WE NEVER SEEN IT OR RECEIVED A DIME. The notery guy admitted everything to me Dec, 2024. They sold my house in probate and they work with a ring of elderly abusers, Terzssa Garcia of Downey, Maria Rosa Vargas who just filed papers saying she is the trustee. It has been hell for us and as Joe's wife, caring for my sick husband, while these wemon are living large all because Elizabeth Apodaca is a lawyer. And my husband is dyslexic and does not handle business proffecianaly at time and what do you expect. We just st found out someone stole his retirement. Humm I wonder who did that.
