We sought representation for mediation with our landlords as a small business in Santa Monica, our attorney was Giorgio S. When mediation did not go favorably, we were pushed to go for a full lawsuit which would have cost even more money than we had already lost. We were not even able to pay for the final cost of mediation, and so made monthly payments until it was paid off. But even after this knowledge of our financial situation being far worsened by their hire, I was billed further for quick email correspondences, "legal research" I never approved of, totalling another 6,000 dollars at $500 an hour. I was not quoted, or given an estimate of further services at all. I was just given a bill. And now threats of going to collections. Small businesses beware.

What a completely wonderful experience. I highly highly recommend them for all your estate planning needs. They're responsive, knowledgeable, friendly, and excellent to work with. Specifically, Robert Coleman was a pleasure to guide me through the process and I cannot thank him or his team enough!

I can’t believe the complete scam artists with law degrees these guys are. Our small business was being extorted by the DA in Riverside, CA and we entrusted our case to them. Huge mistake!! They strung us along for months billing 3-4,000/month and then at the end WE owed the DA $50,000 AND then on top of that our LAWYER FEES were exorbitant. DO NOT TRUST THEM to do anything but pretend they will help and then STEAL from you. That’s the main skill set they use their Law degrees for. Stringing you along. Our attorney even had the nerve to invite us for lunch, with our small baby, only to lie to our faces and then run us out of business. SHAMEFUL. My only consolation is the special place in hell reserved for predators like this.

This law firm is not professional! Unreasonable collection of lawyer fees... be careful as you may receive expensive bills.
